Terminology for Coteca Limited
The following terms refer to Coteca Limited within these terms and conditions; “we”, “our” “us” and “ours”.

Terminology for Customer
The terms “you”, “your” and also “yours” “candidate” “customer” refer to users of the www.coteca.co.uk website and people that have accessed any of our services.

Our Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions are applicable to any company or individual that makes single (individual) or multiple bookings with Coteca Limited. You confirm that by accessing our services and using www.coteca.co.uk, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Age Restrictions
We cannot book tests for any persons under the age of 16 years.

Payment Currencies
All payments are processed in GBP.

Term and Conditions of Bookings
All bookings that are made are on a ‘subject to availability’ basis.

Test Booking
You can request to reschedule your test minimum 3 days prior before the scheduled date.

Coteca Limited will reschedule tests free of charge, if the request is received before 72 hours of the scheduled date and time. If the request is received in less than 72 hours, in the case of no- show or re- scheduling the same will be considered as a new booking and an addition test fee will be applicable.

Cancellation requests are subject to a £15.00 admin fee and additional cancellation fee:

No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before the test is due, and/ or in the following circumstances:

  • If the candidate does not arrive for the test on time
  • If the candidate forgets to take a valid proof of his ID to the test
  • If the candidate fails the test
  • If the candidate chooses to do the wrong type of the test
  • If the candidate makes any other form of error in relation to the test or any related matters

Under no circumstances the refund will exceed the original amount you have paid Coteca for the test.


No refund will be issued if the request for cancellation is received once we process your card application.

We will not be able to process your card application for until we have received all the required documents.

If the documents are not provided within the 60 days of confirming your order, your order will be put on hold. And after 90 days they payment will be marked as null and void.

In case of Cancellation of your order for the CSCS card, the cancellation & platform charge will be applicable and you will get a refund of £36 only.

If your application for the CSCS Card has been processed from our end then cancellation or refund will not be acceptable.

Once the booking for your card has been completed, you will receive an email listing all the documents which are required. It is advised that you send a clear photograph all the relevant documents, as requested by card processing team; promptly via email. Non submission of the documents timely can delay processing the Card. Please note that if you are unable to send the relevant requested documents within 60 days of booking, we reserve the right to cancel your Card booking.

Under no circumstances the refund will exceed the original amount you paid.


All the courses/ NVQs are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled once booked.

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the candidate does not attend the course or arrives late for the course/ training
  • If the candidate provides insufficient/ irrelevant ID at the course centre

Full amount of the course will be refunded if the course is cancelled from our course provider and the customer is not willing to go at the new scheduled date. However, under no circumstances the refund will exceed the original amount you paid to Coteca for the course. Coteca Limited will not be responsible, nor we will compensate for any other cost (such as accommodation, transport costs etc.), or loss of earnings due to time taken off work.

In case of online course Coteca Limited will be unable to refund any amount to customer if once the user credentials were created and shared with customer.

Once customer starts doing the online course he/she needs to complete it and pass it in 60 days. If the course will not be completed and passed within 60 days of start, your course will be put on hold. If you want to complete your course in such case then it will be treated as fresh order and you will be charged again for that product.

Coteca Limited will not be responsible to cancel the online course, under the following circumstances:

  • Candidate/ Customer claiming that they are not tech savvy after purchasing the online course
  • Candidate/ Customers claiming that they are having out dated system after purchasing the online course
  • Candidate/ Customers claiming that the course is difficult

Refund method

All refunds will be made to the debit card or the credit card used to make the payment at the time of purchase.
